Physical requirements

The better your physical condition, the more you will enjoy the trek/tour. You do not have to undergo an accurate training program. Just do as much as walking as you can up and down stairs in your office. Walk to work. Jogging and cycling are useful training for a trek. You should be mentally ready to accept all the circumstances which you might encounter during the trek / tour though we are always ready to cooperate with your problems.
